7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The book must be returned with its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not available for:
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Books that have been used, damaged, or marked by the customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
